7-Day TeleWellness Summit //

Cultivating Resilience and Connection

ENJOY THE REPLAY OF OUR LIVE HEALTH RESILIENCY SUMMIT

We aren’t experts on COVID-19 because we aren’t infectious disease doctors, public health specialists or epidemiologists.  If you are looking for expert advice on how to treat COVID-19, allopathically or alternatively, you should look elsewhere.

As wellness practitioners with over 75 years of cumulative experience, we want to name the pandemic that echoes the COVID-19 phenomenon:  the pandemic of panic. This appears as a separate but correlated entity and it is spreading exponentially. We live in a 24-hour news cycle where we can watch COVID-19 take over entire regions of the world in real-time.  We go to the store and observe someone buying 200 rolls of toilet paper and assume they know something that we do not.

Even as we try to tell ourselves to stay calm, we mirror the behavior of others who are not.  Keep up with the pack or die, says the most primitive part of the brain. And who are we not to listen to the hardwired survival instinct deep inside of us?

If you have noticed this pandemic of panic too, this summit is for you.  We aren’t telling you that the COVID-19 pandemic isn’t real. We aren’t telling you to remain blissfully ignorant or to keep on with life as usual.  Instead, we want to share with you strategies, healing opportunities and chances to connect virtually that will support you to remain the resilient, vital and powerful being that you already are.

What we will do:

  • Talk about ways you can build insight and resilience through daily practices;

  • Invite you to explore other sources of support in your life;

  • Experience virtual healing modalities to build connections.

  • Empower you to access the virtual web for support and connection as an antidote to fear.

What we won’t do:

  • Tell you how to boost your immune system with supplements or herbs;

  • Feed you platitudes about getting enough water or sleep;

  • Feed you sugar-coated advice;

  • Discuss news bytes, media posts or other sources of externally distractive current event overdose.

Are you ready to join us and feel resilient, empowered and connected?

GOOD!  See you Monday, March 16th for the kick off @ 10 am!

And besides, if you are stuck at home (like most of us are), what else do you have to do but take extra good care of yourself?

To those of you still going out into the world from necessity, you matter too!  All the summit sessions will be recorded and available for you to keep building resilience and connection whenever you have a chance to join us.
