2pm Anxiety Awareness:  Where the Body and the Mind Meet in the Middle. 

Your consciousness and your body are in constant communication with each other...now more than ever.  What is your consciousness and your body trying to tell you? How do you begin to listen and notice? Stephanie and Annee will talk about

(1) how to read your body and check in with emotions;

(2) how to explore these observations and

(3) how to build a practice of regular body and mind insight for resilience.

4pm Total Nourishment

Bridging ancient rituals of Ayurveda and modern medicine for complete health, wellness and peace. Converse about how to

This is an anxious time in our world.  In this conversation, we will engage with the wisdom of the Tarot, the broader view of Spirit and the sensory experience of aromatics to address our collective experience of pandemic and isolation.
